Yes, you do. I currently have no plans to integrate this patch in TVE 3. TVE 3.5 (currently released as MP2 Native TV) supports TBS tuners without need for a patch.

Maybe a stupid question. I have a TBS5881 and I'm able to successfully watch Swedish boxer HD-channels.
Im thinking of buying a few more TBS5881-cards to be able to record/watch multiple Boxer HD-channels simultaneously.
Is this possible?

I read somewhere here I think that you with the TBS5881/Mediaportal combo only support decoding one HD-channel at the time.

I think that should be possible. I own omly one tbs card so no 100% guarantee

Maybe you read that each tuner can only decode one HD channel? That would be a CAM limitation.
With more than one tuner you should be able to decode more than one HD channel.

If you have mor than one smart card for sure. Every card needs a cam with a smartcard
