Yes, don't know whats wrong.
I started MP1 TVServer and can watch the channels without a problem in MP1.

Maybe you should compare the logs

SetupTV crashes.

SetupTV crashes because MP2 Server crashes. MP2 Server crashes because the IPTV filter crashes.
Please set the IPTV filter log level to data (5) in C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\MPIPTVSource.ini and provide fresh and simultaneous server + IPTV filter log files.

I just tried these files and MP2 Server will not start
