Using MP 1.4 and latest SMP as well as latest mod, I don't see anymore coverse in Moving picture and tv series in every possible viiew, SMP default works fine

I have the same problem like you. I have no covers when i select this theme. Same situation with other mods with clearart like for example titanflow
. No problem when i select Original SMP or Titan.

This has been mentioned before, the user was able to fix it by doing the following, could you please both try.

EDIT: Ok now its working also ob my HTPC...dont know why... i just deleted the themes folder, cleared the skincache, restarted the htpc, installed the theme again, cleared the skincache and now everything is fine

mhh, I would say that's clear and I'll do this every time, I also saw that Round Cover theme is not installed in the SMP folder as theme, it's directly installed in the skin folder "as" skin. Thats wrong. I copied this the to theme folder, deleted skin folder, but alsway with the same result?!

It installs in both the skin folder and the themes folder, this is an error pointed out to me on the previous page, my 1st time making an MPE1, I haven't had a chance to fix that yet.

Did it not already install into the theme folder of streamedMP as well as the 'skin' folder?

If you copied it from the skin folder it may be missing some files.

I will post the files in a zip later so you can manually put them in the theme folder and make sure they are all there.

for spinning movie discs you can use @m3rcury great plugin which will scrape Movie disc art as well as movie & tv clearart and clearlogo and put them in the correct folder for this theme to display them.

For music cdart and artist logos unfortunately there currently is no scraper. you will need to manually get them from FanArt.tv and put them in

MediaPortal/thumbs/Music/ClearArt
and
MediaPortal/thumbs/Music/cdArt

For the artist logo you will need to name the images 'artistname.png' and for the cdart 'artist name-album name.png'

I have created an enhancement request for the pluging to include music artwork, it has been accepted but is currently low priority, you can vote for it HERE

Yes I have noticed this recently, the only thing that bothers me about this is that if m3rcury does add music to his plugin it may not scrape proper disc images if you have fakecd images created with it. it may see it as images all ready exist and therefor skip them.

Not too sure how it would work, wether it looks for an existing image in the folder or uses the database, think it will depend on how m3rcury implements it.

the MePo tools plugin is also still early so maybe they will add scraping of music artwork from fanart.tv to it as well.

Seemingly at the moment it appears to be 2 separate plugins doing much the same thing
