    Hi.
I've tried to do a template. In principle it is working. tMM generates MKV compatible tagfiles..
But I need a different path. The xml has to be in the same folder as the mkv file, exact the same as the .nfo file. As for now I always got an /Movies folder containing the xml files. And I don't need movielist.xml at all.
I haven't found a way to fix those. Is there a way to change this behaviour?

I have attached the template I've done. Maybe someone else can use it too. If I got further informations how to fix one or both of the remaining issues, I will do a new version.

In a year or so when finally I can replace MP1 completely with MP2 it would be great if we can generate tag files for series also...

    28.10.2013 - version 2.4.5
feature: when getting only 1 search result at automatic scrape, we assume it is the right one (and take it - ignoring the score)
feature: added update single data source to the menus
fix: on some machines, tmm crashed at startup (using oracle java 8)
fix: samples of TV show episodes will now be renamed to a samples folder
fix: added env.txt for linux users (they can now use mediainfo without drawbacks on non-UTF8 installations)
fix: tweaked import logic and media info parsing (should work better with large libraries)
fix: directory separators in movie renamer file naming will now be ignored
fix: when scraping new items in the TV show section, sometimes the whole TV show has been rescraped
fix: the TV show importer will now recognize also .tbn[DOUBLEPOST=1382991473][/DOUBLEPOST]@Lehmden: I already thought that you need the xmls in the same directory as the movies/episodes.. I hope your little tool fulfills your needs.

    Hi.
I think I probably found a bug. If I'm editing a movie and want to change the Artwork I have a button "choose file" ("Datei wählen" in German). If I press it a file requester appears and I can choose the desired local file. But when I press "OK" in the requester nothing happens. The file isn't used at all. It's for both, posters and backdrops. Do I something wrong or is this a bug?

    It's with V2.4.4 and V2.4.5

    Hi @mlaggner

Big Thanks for yyour great tool. I have one question regarding a stacked DVD (folder structure) ->

    Bild_000.jpg

How must i rename the folders to get the movies displayed as one movie. At the moment i get two entries of this movie.

    Best regards
    Helios

puh - this is currently not supported.
How does MP expect this to be? How does it handle this?
(XBMC for example doesnt - only per files)
As workaround: you could make 2 ISOs out of the DVD....

    Hi @Myron

Thanks for response. MP does handle these files in this way -> Wiki. It would be great if you could add this feature!

Thanks, that works. I have another suggestion: It would be great if it will be possible to pemanenty ignore files for scanning. I hope, you can add this feature to one of the next releases.

    Best regards

    k, thx, i'll have a look..
Edit: this wiki is still stacking for files... no DVD folders...

What exactly do you want to excluded?
Currently, you could add/remove some of the supported file extensions...
