Tv and recording does not work after suspend resume (1 Viewer)

I can't see how these tools can help me becasue they only do the things I already tried to solve my problem. They restart MP or the TV service but both things aren't working. Or do I miss anything?

Still no chance to get it working. Could the tv-card be broken or am I just not able to use these tools right?
