1.1.2., but I found out that when altering anything in the Channel menu, I have to go to some other item when finished BEFORE pressing OK. For instance I enter the TIMESHIFTING menu after sorting some channels. After that when I press OK, the changes are saved.

Data should be saved either when you change section or when you close configuration. I just got to work, but I'll try to reproduce this issue when I get home this evening...

Almost forgot about this

I'm using an SVN build (27301 at the moment), and the issue is not present there. I guess it could have been fixed any time between when 1.1.2 was released and now but I can't see any SVN log for the change. We're not intending to do any more 1.1.x releases, so if the issue is still present in 1.2.0 when that comes out then please report it. In the meantime, I know it is not really ideal, but can you live with the workaround (changing section before saving)...

Thanx mm1352000! I actually bought myself a Digital reciever / PVR for watching TV. Although I truly love Mediaportal, the TV watching experience got worse everytime after a while of normal TV watching. Especially when the wive and kids wanted to watch TV, troubles popped up. Now we can watch TV without any problems, no stutter, it's really fast and we can still timeshift.

MP still records all kind of kids programs and hosts my movies, music and photo's.. so this is no goodbye!

Re: TV Problem (groups not saving)

Well, did a complete reinstall with the latest Beta (1.2.0) and the problem is here again. I am able to make a group, but when putting channels in it and closing config, the group is empty again.

With the previous version the group was saved when for instance going to a different config item and then closing config. But this is not working anymore. So, I cannot put channels into groups at all.

I'm really sorry to hear you're still having problems. Can you please make an MP 1.2.0b bug report with full instructions to reproduce the bug and new logs (here). That will get more attention from the team and will hopefully lead to the problem being resolved in 1.2.0rc.

Hi mm,

So I open TV server config, create a group, add some channels to it, close config and then produce logs? I will do that, allthough I do not think any log file is changed when I close. (couldn't find any though)
