TV Server Plugin: TvWishList (8 Viewers)

Well done on the continued updates.

I have come across something i don't understand. In the attached log you will see an episode of Alphas (Alphas 2.10) called "Life after Death" .
In the log it says it schedules a recording, but no schedule is actually created. I tried deleting all messages and schedules and then repeating it, but the same thing happens every time. If i try to schedule the program manually it works.

As a test, I deleted all messages/schedules and only enabled the 'alphas' wish. It scheduled the program correctly on 27/11 at 22.40. But with all wishes enabled, it does not schedule it, even though it says in the log that it does, and i have 2 more free tuners available at that time. I have 4 tuners (2 dual tuners), all enabled and mapped to all channels.

Ben,
in your log file you had all Tvwishes inactive (including the Alpha wish) All alpha schedules were created in a run before, which is not included in the log file. Please set alpha to active and repeat again a new search and post the log.

Ok. It will probably take over an hour to run on debug with all my wishes though so it'll probably be tomorrow now. I will do it first without deleting messages and with all wishes active, and then run it again with only the alpha wish active.

Ben, just do a single run with only the alpha wish active. You can delete the messages before.

Here you go. Let me know if i should run any others.

If i am reading the log file correctly, it is the program at line 9652 that i think should be scheduled.
The old/new comparisons that follow (up to line 10847) include a lot of programs that are not 'Alphas'. I do not know if this is intended but it seems strange.
(Edit: I see now, it compares all current schedules plus all old recordings of Alphas)

It then seems to match episode 2.10 of Alphas with 2.10 of Homeland from line 10852. Of course, i am not quite sure if i am reading it correctly.
(Edit: If this is correct, and it is not matching oldtitle and newtitle in current schedules, it is possible that i have never tried to record two programs with the same episodenum and seriesnum at the same time and therefore have never seen this error before)

I just installed this plugin on a 1.3a mediaportal.

The plugin is working from within tv-server, but when I lauch plugin inside mediaportal it says:
"TvWishList MediaPortal Plugin Does Not
Match To TvWishList TV Server Plugin"
click OK on remote and
"TvWish data could not be saved"

I installed the MPE version

Kra,
1) please open TvWishlist in the Tvserver configuration and start in Email->SearchNow. Then close the Tvserver config and try the client plugin. Does it work?
2) Sometimes the Tvserver plugin does not get installed correctly. Please verify in the Tvserverconfig that you have the correct version number installed. If not, just reinstall the plugin.
