TV Server Plugin: TvWishList (8 Viewers)

I am not able to answer the question about which EPG importers do import the firstairdate. The ones I know cannot handle it.


For the deleted recording I do need a log file with verbose debug turned on for:
- record a show (use only one active wish)
- delete the recorded file (describe exactly which episode you did delete)
- run TvWishList EPG search and use only one single tvwish ( i need this tvserver tvwishlist log)
- describe which series has been rerecorded again although it was deleted.

I run a dedicated TV-server against multiple clients. I install the server part by copying %PRGRAMDATA%/Team Mediaportal/MediaPortal/Installer/TvWishList to the servers MediaPortal directory and install it from there. Before installation I stop the TVService. Installation goes well without errors.

When entering the TvWishlish plug-in in TV-server I get this error and MediaPortalServer shuts-down:
"Failed to locate assembly 'Gentle.Framework, Version=1.5.0.29111, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=80b5de62e27be49b'. Note that the configuration program must be executed from/reside in the MediaPortal folder, the execution will now end."

Does anyone have any idea what's wrong and how to solve this?

Running Windows2003 Server with Windows7 clients.

just a quick question, maybe I'm too blind to find it, but is there an option to manually run the epg searching at once?

Edit: OK, I found the "Search Now" button on the Email tab. Not very intuitive as I do not use the email functionality. But now that I found it I am happy

Claus, sorry, but it may be related due to a nonsupported Windows version for MP. You could try another reinstall.

Owilsky, there also is a client plugin with a "Run EPG" option. Check the manual.

I just wanted to let you know that it does appear that the skip deleted shows option has been working for me. I know that somebody else mentioned that it never worked for them, so after you told me about the checkbox and I checked it, I'm not getting any shows recorded that have already recorded and been deleted.

Good to know SkinsFan. I need to have a good check of my setup then and see what's going on. It's a little awkward to test stuff now that I use wishlist for loads of schedules and don't want to upset the wife with a missed show. It's not big issue anyhow, easy to delete the odd re-recorded show.

ok installed this today and had a quick look at it but have now uninstalled it, the problem i have now is i cant see my recordings i made before looking at the plugin via mepo, the recordings are still on the drive and in config there is none to import into the database so whats happened?

I think the problem is related to scythe42`s testbuild...i habe the same problem since i installed the latest build
