TV Server stopped working (2 Viewers)

Out of the blue the TV server stopped working.

In mediaportal it states no free card and when I try to start TV service from windows it comes up with an error.
I tried to reinstall with no luck

I have attached logs.

Yes it is the same right now. Before yesterday it was 192.168.0.101 i think

Well, that is the cause.

Thanks, I had recorded TV since I made the change so I didnt think that was the cause. What do I do to fix the problem?

I cant get to that screen. It comes up with an error:

"failed to startup tvserviceSystem.NullReferenceExceptionObject reference set to an instance of an object.

Server stack trace:
at TVService.TVController.get_Cards()
at
System.Runtime.Remoting.Messaging.StackbuilderSink.PrivateProcessMessage(IntPtr md, Object[]& outArgs)"

There is more if you need but it doesnt allow me to copy and paste
I get the same error if I try to reinstall
