Do you have any issues with your system what so ever? Or does it just work flawlessly. Im just concerned I will set the nova to record a channel and it wont come out of standby properly etc

I have configured as per your settings but-

I cant find - MP\General\Startup Delay, enable wait for TVServer to start.

Also, my MP\Plugins\Powerscheduler client is different to yours, and looks like-

On the channel that didnt work (ITV2) it was around 30-50 strength and 30-40 quality

That may be your biggest problem, TVCards are nowhere near as good picking up from a weak TV signal compared to a freeview box (hauppauge is the best for weak signal). my signal comes in at 50% strength, but more importantly 100% quality.

Before we go any further, does it work correctly with the hauppauge software or MCE, if it will not, then there is no hope getting it working within MP.

The signal booster has enabled tv playback flawlessly. Sometimes a channel would be at 80-90 quality, but then an hour later 20-40. but now its consitently 90-100!

The only 2 outstanding issues I have are not being able to find your recommended settings-
