No, I'm afraid not - we really can't guess what logic the TV Server is using in a situation like this.Anyhow, w/t logs there's not much support that I can get I'd guess...
Do you not have network access to the HTPC? If you do then surely you could take control of the HTPC for 1 minute to share the log directory on your network. That way you can access the logs in future without needing to take over the HTPC from whoever is using it. The log directories are:
XP = C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\log\
Vista/7 = C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\log\

Note: those are hidden folders, so you'll need to paste the folder into windows explorer or enable viewing of hidden files and folders (instructions: XP, Vista, 7).
