I've added an 120x120 icon so now the Icon gets also shown in MediaHouse. I hope my changes are fine (I pushed them already).

Any chance you could also make MediaPortal be a uPNP client? I'm trying to find an easy way to access my uPNP devices on my network, specifically, my PlayOn server (gives easy access to Hulu and other online services).

    Thanks!

Should be easier than writing the server :D
I already had a look at it once. Somehow I have to create my own player inside mp2... just looked into it one day. Maybe I have to ask Mathias some more questions about it, but this was somehow on my list oO

You have to compile it first :)
Mathias and I continued the work on this, but currently it is in an idle state again :(
But I will continue on this in the near future for sure ;) and hopefully Mathias can help with the more tricky things :p

So you're saying THAT AT PRESENT MP2 NOT WORK WITH DLNA.
If so for me it is impossible to use it with my Sony TV
I have rebased the current DLNA plugin to weekly builds and added it to first post of this thread: https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/threads/plugin-upnp-dlna-media-server-for-mediaportal-2.104128/

Please make sure you have the weekly build (linked!) installed!

Let us know what works for you (or not)!
