okay got things up and running, the pre build event is still a mystery to me, but it just looks like it works...

Have you pushed the merged branch to GitHub yet?

No. I thought I did, but it was my upnp renderer branch.
I deleted the branch locally and pull3d it again from github. So nothing changed on github as far as I can tell.
I tried the current version and wonder why in the DlnaProtocolFactory at GetDLNAMimrType a switch case is. Because it basically returns what the case is...
