    Hi there,

Are you sure if you start it manually, it works ok?

    Try two things for me:

    1) ***************************************************
    Stop the TV Server service
    Delete the Error.log and TV.log
Set the TV Service to "Manual"
    Start the TV Server Service
Copy/attached the error.log and TV.log here to this thread.

    2) ******************************************************
    Stop the TV Server service
Delete the Error.log and TV.log file
Set the TV Service to "Automatic"
    Reboot your PC/HTPC
Copy/attached the error.log and TV.log here to this thread.

The only things that I can initially think of, is some other process is "stealing" a port, or a firewall is blocking a port, or your Tuner cards aren't responding in time. But without proper logs everyone will just be guessing!

Error: System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: Impossibile stabilire la connessione. Rifiuto persistente del computer di desti****one 127.0.0.1:31456

Destination Computer actively refuses the connection. What you used as TvServer value in SetupTv DB config screen ?

Yes i'm sure. starting manually from services.msc works. Starting configuraton with service stopped ask to start and clicking yes it starts

I can't understand. You mean in tv server config? or the window of db choosing at first start? in this i only choosed ms sql and username and password correct

loppbak lan procedure has not solved problem....

AW: URGENT AND SERIOUS PROBLEM = TVServer not starting at boot

try delaying the tv-service start: How to delay loading of specific services or check dependencies so that tvservice will only start when the sql is already running...

edit: dirty workaround: use software like gmps to start your tvservice "pseudo manually" after resume.
off topic: is it REALLY NECESSARY TO SCREAM in the thread titles?

Re: AW: URGENT AND SERIOUS PROBLEM = TVServer not starting at boot

In dependecies of tvservice i alredy see sql browser. so it should work
i know i can delay loading the service using a cmd script (it was my alternative solution) but this will prevent the service starting after a suspend/hybernate
i can try gmps but as you sat is a dirty workaround
i can't understand why this service don't do what is supposed to

update: after a hybernate i can't start the service manually so gmps or a script are not a solution
the only solution is to fix the problem
maybe the 1.1 beta can fix this for me?? i don't want to use a beta, but the 1.0.2 is unusable with this problem

    latest error.log attached
