Username and/or Password is Invalid (1 Viewer)

Updated plug-in not too long ago (v1.2.0, v1.2.1), and started to get media portal at the start of a message can not login to the site.

If you make a login manually from media portal, then everything is fine, but upon exit and re-start, you must login again to repeat the procedure, it is not very convenient: (

The trakt site was probably having connection issues at the time, not much we can do about that.

Does this happen everytime you restart? Or just occasionally. For instance, if you restart mediaportal now 3 times in a row do you see the problem 3 times?

Yes! This happens at every restart.

Please start MediaPortal in debug mode (MediaPortal Debug-Mode shortcut in start->programs->team mediaportal->mediaportal menu), select the 2nd option Report a but to a plugin developer or Skin Designer.

Reproduce issue 3 times, and attach the result (3 zip files) to this thread. I will take a look and if a problem with the trakt website I will let admins know. If its a problem with the plugin I will take look.

Also before starting test, re-enter your username/password in MediaPortal configuration->Plugins->Trakt.

At the third attempt, I went to trakt.tv plugin (calendar) and logged manually from Mediaportal GUI.

Your login creditentials work for me, im not sure why its failing. I assume this has only recently started happening? Have you changed anything on your end recently like firewall, router, network settings?

This happened at a recent upgrade to version 1.2.0 trakt.tv plugin. Settings on the router, firewall, network settings have not changed.

ajs, you can try the attached dll. It should log the exact response we get from the server. So attach your logs after testing.

The perfect response will be:

I have absolutely no idea. The code is still the same, and we continue to disable the Expect100 continue behaviour which fixed your original problem.

Can you disable any hardware or software (like proxies) that sit between you and trakt.tv? Atleast can see what might be causing the problem. I dont have any other solution for you.
