Replace Dshowhelper.dll with the one from 01-08 svn

Problem solved

I had several problems with DVD menu navigation (Vista 32 bit, aero, EVR). Replacing Dshowhelper.dll fixed the bug.
This is really strange: why nobody complain about this?

Guys, try to remove "Anyxxx" and use "xxx43" on the fly decrypter. After some reseach i found that DVDs riped by "Anyxxx" causing freeze of GB-PVR - similar problem can be related to MP.
Still it is working OK in MPC-HC...

Using DVD43 does not solve it. I still have freezes in DVD menu. Anyway there is another thread here discussing this issue. Seems more people have problems.
