    Hi Morpheus,

I'm away for a few days, I'll try asap.

I still save the preferred languages, no matter of mkv preferences, so this is no bug

And I still thinking this should be optional, maybe we'll never agree on this ;) But I respect your choice :)

    Best wishes.

    Smeulf.

    Hi,

I ran some tests on the video player.

    For the moment :

    - Switching audio stream works well for every videos I tried (except one case, i'll post a new thread for this one)

    - Switching subtitles works too

Just a comment : If 2 audio tracks have the same language, you add (2) at the end of the second one, but you don't with subtitles.

Ok, it's not always easy to find the right one when no name is given to the subtitle, but in every software I use, it works well so... ;)

[Edit] Except one case : resolved, was an AC3 filter problem on my computer. F*****g codecs once again !

Thanks for confirmation :) I'll set the thread to fixed...

Can you provide the information for MKV forced subtitles in a new thread? I have no idea yet, how this feature is defined and which splitter supports them.

I know it can be done, but I have about the same problem you have : I can't find a way to enable forced subtitles with Haali and DirectVobSub, nor VLC btw that don't seems to implement "forced track" compilence.

I keep looking the right way and report when I'll have enough element for you, but maybe it could take long.

    Cheers.
