It is TV display (I have two displays on this computer) and his max screen refresh rate is 30 hz ( although it is modern and new TV)

    On intel 630, hdmi is limited to 1,4 so, 4k is limited to 4k-30hz max.
    In this case using reclock or mpar is needed for 50hz.

    For me you need to use 1080p as native resolution, or switch on dp socket.

    Maybe if in madVR switch to DRR 4k, like this it will change resolution + freq and back to previous one (native in 1080p).
    But I"m not sure if it's really needed, like it can be switched to 4k@25p / 4k@24p / 4k@30p :)
