Vista TVE3 and channel change (1 Viewer)

Small update from my tests today:
Today I tested the MD95700 with Vista and I couldn't get it installed on Vista. Than I installed XP, but i couldn't get AHCI to work and I didn't wanted to build a custom installation CD with AHCI support.
Than I went back to Vista and now comes the magic.
First of all I got the MD95700 installed and now the DVB-S part of the CTX948 is working almost perfect. Startup ~5-7 seconds (could a little bit faster), but channel change ~1.5 seconds. Now I only need to get DVB-T to work and also the remote working again. I have attached another part of tv.log, which shows the new behavior of the system.
When I reinstalled Vista, I only installed the essential software, codecs and drivers. Main difference is that I didn't installed the Viiv software. Also I set the priority of the server to realtime instead of high. Main problem with new installation is that with EVR the picture is stuttering. VMR9 is working perfect.

@edit: Just did another test. This time I set the priority of the server to normal and it is still works. Now I'm totally confused.

im getting similar issues
im using vista, cyberlink video decoder (7.x) and cyberlink audio decoder (7.x), EVR
blue two skin

when im in the my tv preview screen(it has the options on the side in blue two skin, the preview tv box on the right side) ...channel changes are always perfect, smooth, fast, responsive...no issues

when im in fullscreen mytv(no gui showing, just corner pixel to corner pixel is the actual image of the incoming tv broadcast signal(u know what i mean) - when changing channels here it may be a few seconds, or it may be 10 or more seconds

if i can see its taking some time, i press "back" on my remote and it usually goes BOOM..instant change..like it was waiting for focus or something? ..if it doesnt change when going back to the my tv preview page..i can move my mouse over the preview tv box and then it will *ALWAYS* change instantly..so i think it may be a focus issue ??

I had similar issues with an AMD X2 untill I installed the Dual Core CPU Optimizer. Maybe this can help someone.

I have the same problem with a new install again with my TT Budget S2-3200. With ProgDVB fast channel changes, even with scrambled channels. With the Technotrend original software fast channel changes without issues. But with the TV-Server... First channel works, but forget change channel. Freeze. The TV3 server is a very beta software for me. What do the ProgDVB and AltDVB guys do different?

Hi the same problem with my MediaPortal RC1. Channel change takes around 10-15s the same with when tv is started.

Configuration: Celeron D 3Ghz, 1GB DDR2 Ram, Windows XP SP2.

Now works. My magic configuration is:

Vista Home Premium with SP1
MP 0.2.3 and TVE3 SVN 17500
Cyberlink PDVD7 as codec

Fast channel changes, hybernation/standby works, even for scheduled recordings (even nfta).
I don´t change my running system for RC1
