Thanks that was exactly what I was looking for, but I didn't see anything official. Now after reading the thread I remember the whole thing. I am very new to MP as well... Just kind of checking it out to see if it can replace my MythTV box.

For the moment, I turned off the "Automatic channel logo update" in Settings (which somehow I had missed, I think because it wasn't an option previously), and the deleted everything in the Flat-default folder and populated it with my own logos.
