@all Anyone already using skin files with 0.6? When I set Blueshift i keep getting blank pages.

Well, yes, I am sorry to say so, but this is my impression, too. MPExtended/WebMP and the skin files for WebMP, together with AmpDroid, are killer features which I use a lot. But development (if you follow the project on github) and support here has really slowed down a lot in the last year. I hope that this enthusiastic project keeps being developed. I know, it's what teh developersdo in their spare time....

Please understand that the developers have a lot in their regular lives right now. It was me that pushed for a release of MPExtended 0.6 since it's needed for the upcoming MediaPortal iViewer ipad app. I, and several others, have been using MPExt. 0.6 dev for a very long time with little issues.

I do not think that WebMp 0.6 has been tested as extensively and I'm quite sure that the WebMp skin developers haven't used this version either. The only comment from a WebMP skin developer I have heard is that the issues will be fixed when the full 0.6 is out.

DieBagger was kind enough to prepare the beta release although he was really busy with other stuff and I'm very thankful for this. Please be constructive when reporting bugs and include log files so the devs can use these reports when they have time to fix the issues. Another possibility is that a new developer steps up and help out to fix the issues of WebMP 0.6 beta in order to get the 0.6 release out.

Everybody understand the difficult situation, but to release a total unusable MPextended + WebMP does not help. Many Log´s and error messages are posted yet - without any answer. Outside are not only IDevice users arround which can hope for MediaPortal iViewer. I´m back on 0.54 as everything is working. But i´m affraid if the iViewer comes real, that i have to brick all other stuff witch was working before. I thing an official comment from the developers would be more helpful instead of just ignoring of all the Bugs. Sorry .....

I have updated to the beta version. Works fine on windows and any internet browsers however on my iPhone on IOS through safari or another browser I cannot play anything. I just get a timer constantly spinning even though I have tried using FFmeg profiles. It worked initially but has not since worked.

Having allsorts of issues with MP extended already detailed my issues but no one has replied in the other posts. When I use final release MP extended playback on iPhone/iPad is stuttering and unwatchable. This is because Ffmpeg isn't an option. When we use the beta core and web side versions iPad/iPhone playback doesn't work just shows timing out and won't load under Ffmpeg. But works fine under windows on flash etc. We downgraded the web side of things so it intermittently works now and iPhone/ iPad playback is spot on when it works but every few hours were having to restart the service as we lose links to recordings and TV guide etc. If you manually type in the address links in your browser address bar to these they are accessible and work but for some reason the links do not show up at the top of the screen, where they should be see pic attached...

Antivirus has all exceptions, and ports are correctly opened on router. I wasn't expecting it to be the firewall or the ports anyway as a restart of the service seems to make it work again. Films tabs will always show as well when the issues occur the films just don't play though and come up with that error. The recordings and TV guides tabs dissapear though and sometimes don't appear with that first restart of the service.

I have tried on both 3G and wifi connection, these issues do not occur when using the latest final build of mp ex. However it's not watchable on iPad or iPhone due to the streams being jittery which seems to be a known issue on the forums.

We had to downgrade the web side of things to ensure some functionality so the only bit that is on the beta is the core part. When both were on the beta nothing would play back on iPad or iPhone.

You went to effort of posting the same thing 3 times on 3 threads but no logs on any of your posts.
Your need to post logs if you expect to get any help as there will be no way of telling what the problem could be.

Have you got any anti virus or firewall running?
Have you tried with either or both disabled?
Have you opened the correct ports in your router?
Are you connecting via external (3g) or local network?
