Oh wow, thank you for finding that one. Have you purchased from these before? It is listed under oem, would I need an oem account? It mentions something on the site?

I've just fitted a BGT3595, which seems to work fine. I just ordered it on the site and it took 2 days from order.

There were no instructions or drivers with it. Just had to download the drivers.

I couldn't get it to work straight away, but I went to support and found that it needed a power supply with a floppy drive connector on. What you are supposed to do it you have a floppy drive I don't know, I've never seen an extension.

Cheers

The power is to drive the dish.

    Dish??

Unless I missed something, the only way you would ever need a dish is with sattelite, and even then the mere 5 volts the floppy drive connector offers, would never be enough to drive anything remtely close to a dish

By "dish" he means LNB, and is talking about the BGT3595 sat card which someone else mentioned in this thread. It needs more power than a PCI slot can provide. Nothing to do with DVB-T2 and indeed this thread...

BGT3620 (DVB-T2) dont need any extra power.
    BGT3595 (DVB-S2, DVB-t, ) needs extra power to LNB (+12V). The power cable is standard 4-pin 3.5"

I can also recomend BG Tech, excellent product (owner of a BGT3595 card) and very fast deliverys!

No, not yet. I have a pctv nanostick t2 (290e). This USB single dvb-t2 stick works fine with mp. Comes with bda drivers and wmc7 drivers.

My black gold is still awaiting delivery ;0(

    Thanks for the update!

Have you used it for HDTV programs? If so, what type of codec(s) did you use in MP to get it to work?
