But LOL really could do with The word DOWNLOADS at top of MP/Stable/svn and all other downloads.

on the page?

...or click on the homepage in the left main menu the word "Downloads" (hard to guess) and then on... uhm... let me guess... "Main Program" (another hard guess again)... At the end you'll get here: https://www.team-mediaportal.com/files/Download/MainProgram/

But then there comes the tricky part... What version? Well... not that obvious again, but I'd suggest to choose the one labeled "latest version".
