I haven't used 1.0.2 for a long time, but when I did, I had WebEPG plugin in MediaPortal configured to run WebEPG on a daily basis. There is nothing to install to get this working, the plugin itself is packed into the same file as the rest of the process plugins (ProcessPlugins.dll) and is installed but the normal MP installation.
Note however that this is a process plugin and you have to look for it in the appropriate section (at the end of the plugins list IIRC) and NOT under window plugins
