I think I've got it...
What's my setup:
-mp extended: default ports 8080 and 4322
-forwarded ports 8080 and 4322 at my router
What's possible now:
-access web mp with www.example.com:8080
-access my server via ampdroid from outside my lan with hostname www.example.com
