Yes - I saw that too......

All these incompatible .dlls was not shown under Plugins in configuration!?.....Maybe they were too outdated.

Deleted all incompatible plugins except Cornerstone & Radiotime. (Because if I removed those 2, the plugin section in configuration won't work!)

    -Opened MPE extension installer

    -Uninstalled ver. 0.3.1

    -Installed ver. 0.3.1 yet again

    Now it Works!

    Thanks for all your help.

    /Morten

I also have a tons of "incompatible plugin"
It did not stop version wifiRemote_0_2_beta, it installed fine.
It's a little wird that you have to do a standard uninstall of mediaportal to install a plugin :)

    It works now

Thanks for your work with this wifiRemot plugin.

Yes, I am puzzled, too. If anyone has an idea what could cause this please let me know!
It doesn't happen to any of the the WifiRemote developers PCs so it's very hard for us to find the problem ...

    WifiRemote 0.4 released

WifiRemote 0.4 allows you to customize the plugin list that appears on your clients. Go to setup and choose the plugins tab. Here you can drag&drop plugins to sort them, double click the name to rename plugins and check or uncheck the checkbox in front of the plugin to make it appear or disappear on the client.

    Other features of version 0.4:
    * Support for MediaPortal playlists (client developers see here: Commands - MediaPortal Wiki)
    * NowPlaying message reports item ids of movies, videos, series and songs
    * Added PlayChannel command to start tv on a specified channel (developer docs still missing)
    * Fixed exception when a second (or third..) client connects while sending a message to all clients
    * Added IsPlayerOnTop to status message: Determines if the media player is the topmost window (client developers see here: Messages - MediaPortal Wiki)
    * Force client disconnects on close: Waiting for read prevented socket closing on pc suspend

Please note that not all of those features will be available in your respective client!

    Download

    Please read this, too
If you are running a WifiRemote version from SVN please delete the line beginning with <entry name="savedPlugins"> in your %ProgramData%\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\MediaPortal.xml file.

Moving Pictures does not yet appear in the plugin list. You can add it manually after running setup for the first time by editing the file above. Find the line beginning with <entry name="savedPlugins"> and add "96742|Moving Pictures" without the quotes where you want it to appear. If you want to hide Moving Pictures from the plugin list add 96742| to the line beginning with <entry name="ignoredPlugins">.

    Hello,
I'm developing a client, so far it's working great.

Does playchannel set the channel on the htpc? i tried
    {"Type":"playchannel","Command":77}

    and
    {"Type":"playchannel","ChannelId":77}

    but it isn't working.

Edit: ok, the log says: No TVPlugin installed: Aborting playchannel
Where's that plugin ? If it means the TV4Home plugin i have it installed...

Edit2: well i achieved it by calling the TV4Home service directly.

    thanks!

    Hi,

It should work but isn't tested that much. The tv plugin is installed when your MediaPortal client is set up to watch tv. I guess that's the case?

    Ok, strange.
I am on a business trip the next days, but after that would it be okay if I send you a modified dll to get some debug log output?
