tourettes, maybe you may not have much use for it, and being you have not used it in 3 years?,...... I did use it alot, as a long time user.

Don't get me wrong, I use the fanart option too, I also like to mix up the music playback with visuals,.....(my kids love it and think it's so coool)... it just makes it a complete full circle music experience.

I use a ATI HIS card, and my CPU never climbed no more then 26% tops,... when using Milkdrop in MP1,....now I'm using beta and just want to get this working like in MP1.

after compile and it work then send a semibuild to you

only config and Mediaportal.exe to (with new Bass_Vis.dll)

There are more than just lower CPU usage - with GPU having much more processing power than CPU you could get much nicer looking visualizations for the music. Also 26% CPU usage on today's desktop CPU is just too much, it wont even look as a slide show if you try that same visualization on Atom CPU

tourettes, your right it is high but,..... this is on my kids PC with a pent4 3.16g. I figure that I use this for my test machine before I update from MP1 to beta on my real HTPC, which sports a i7 and much more ram.

I wouldn't use a atom as my HTPC,... not enough muscle power to handle MP/StreamedMP/moving pictures and some other plugs.

I do use a Atom duel core as my CarPC though,...and works pretty well with music/visuals on, gps, wifi, tethering, bluetooth phone,traffic cams, voice control and with a flash based frontend to boot,......and I only reach a max of between 7%-10%.

i can not Build Configuration what is wrong with BassRegistration.dll

Error 2 Die Datei oder Assembly "file:///E:/Development/Mp/Mediaportal/MediaPortal.Base/BassRegistration.dll" oder eine Abhängigkeit davon wurde nicht gefunden. Es wurde versucht, eine Datei mit einem falschen Format zu laden. Zeile 2293, Position 5. E:\Development\Mp\Mediaportal\Configuration\Sections\PluginsNew.resx 2293 5 MediaPortal.Configuration

please help that i can create a prebuild for testing the new Bass_Vis

You can use the build scipts ("MSBUILD_Rebuild_Release_MediaPortal.bat" in Build directory in SVN) and that should work outside of VS

i have destroy ResGen.exe after changed to 32Bit..
this fix is ferry bad after this nothing will work when compile.

i will check that after new/repear install from VS2010
think compile will only work on a 32Bit system.

Upload TestBuild when finish (Take a while)
