No, they will be not included.
Due to business issues, vacation, etc. there was not enough time to do the required testing.

We plan however to release a special version of 1.5, including this fix, in Area 51 for broader testing.

When will these files be available?

I installed pre-release today, and I really got stutter issues with the playback of music (WASAPI). So I wanted to try the bassfan files to test, but they are gone.
