Hi Dam0
Thank you for testing!
You've misinterpreted the results there. The source filters are there; that is the critical thing. If they weren't there then TV Server wouldn't even be able to detect your tuner. All tuners have source filters, but some tuners don't have receiver components (capture filters). The graph builds fine without the capture filter. I just wanted to check that the capture filter wasn't missed for some reason...
I'm at a bit of a loss for what to do next here. As I recall, someone said that these tuners work fine in other software. Can you try connecting to the other software's graph to see what it looks like? Since you have Windows 7 you'll need to follow these instructions first. After that:
1. Run the other software and start TV playing.
2. Run GraphStudio as administrator.
3. Click "file"->"connect to remote graph...".
4. Hopefully there'll be a graph listed. Select it a click "connect".
5. Post a screenshot here.
We'll start there. The thing is that when it comes to tuners, the order in which you do things (connect the graph, apply the tune request etc.) is really important, but it is also ambiguous (meaning: there is no clear order specified by Microsoft as "the right way", and tuner manufacturers each do things slightly differently when they write their drivers). If you don't do things in the right order then you may experience problems like we're seeing here...
No problemthanks for the assistance
Something is wrong here. The driver seems to be reporting tuner statistics correctly. You can see that in the debug that I added to the logs by searching for "debug:". It seems that the tuner locks on muxes, but it never reports finding any channels during the scans...steps for procedure 1 yeilded the same results. http://www.mycomputermate.com/tv-18.12.2010.zip
process 2. its pretty obvious why scanning isnt working correctly....http://www.mycomputermate.com/Winfast2000DS.zip
it seems the leadtek BDA drivers dont install any reciever details:-(
is there some way i can copy the settings from BDA source filters, and paste the information into Receiver sections?
