First attempt (following the instructions from diehard2):
- Uninstall all remote control software (driver v2.36)
- Unregister and delete any x10net.dll (not found)
- Did i search in the registry for all "x10" related stuf
- Reboot and installed "firefly_drivers"
- Reboot: everything ok
- Resume from standy: double clicks

Today I have updated with the latest svn (12-15-2006--01-05-Rev12196) and attached the logfile in this post.
- start mp
- 1 click down and 1 click up (result: ok)
- after 3 min. the system is going standy (result: ok)
- 2 min. later resume by pressing a keystroke on the keyboard (by the way: I can't resume with my x10-remote)
- after +/- 5 sec. everything is back normal (except the double events from my remote)
- again 1 click down and 1 click up (result: 2xdown and 2xup)
- stop mp

Just a tiny small remark in the logfile:
...
...[Info.][MPMain]: MAP: using default mappings for Microsoft MCE
...[Info.][MPMain]: MCE: MCE remote enabled
...[Info.][MPMain]: MAP: using custom mappings for ATI X10
...[Info.][MPMain]: X10Remote: Start ATI
...
this blok is running twice in 1 second?

(by the way: I can't resume with my x10-remote)

Yeah, the x10 dll doesn't support that. I'll take a look at this and get back to you. It might be a little while, as I'm working on something else at the moment. Does this happen if you come out of hibernation?

Also, this shouldn't have anything to do with it, but could you disable the MCE remote and tell me if that helps.

OK, I don't know what's causing it, but I can fix the symptoms. Give me a couple of days

Yesterday I did some more testing:
    - Hibernation = OK
    - Use X10 Remote in Firefly model = Bad after standy (double clicks)

I 'm pretty sure that it is a timing problem, if a test 10 times (standy, wait a few secondes and then resume) 9 times is bad and 1 time it is ok)

    Thanks for looking into it.

Yeah, it would. Sorry that I didnt jump in for testing as I said...but had a lot of other things to care about. Anything I can test right now?

I'll be submitting a patch via sourceforge today. I don't know how long it will take to make it into the svn, but I'll let you guys know when it does and then you can see how it works for you. BTW, I'm only able to recover from standby roughly 50% of the time. The rest of the time, MP only gives me a black screen. Anyone have any ideas?
