Xface Skin Version 1.6 ready for download 09.06.2008 (4 Viewers)

Hi,
installed this fine skin last night with RC3 and last SVN. Found 2 things which do not work correctly:
1. on my TV, press the search button, in the following menu the TV programm search do not work. Show no programm names. (with the original skin it works)
2. on recorded TV, the description for marked recorded film is behind (under) the list of recorded films (on the right side) and so it's unreadable.

Screen resolution: 1024x768.

But all in all it's a fantastic skin which harmonize perfect with my TV.

Me too, I much prefered the smaller EPG style, this new one is way too big, is there a way to change it back to the smaller size please? Great skin by the way.

Gotta agree. The previous version was more detailed. I copied the mytvguide.xml from Xface 472 and now the EPG is back to 11 rows Not sure if I broke something else though but it looks right.

I'll attach the 11 row EPG version if someone wants it.

The Search Button in the Music Section doesn't work .. i use 1.2 !
When i click on the search button it happens nothing ?!?!

i had the same problem until i noticed that i had chosen the wrong view. for example you can not search songs in folder-view i think. when i switched the view to artist or something like that, the search button does his work.

huh.. ill try that out later today.

But i would call it a bug, it should be possible to search from folder view as well.

Yeah - you're partly right. It can be considered a bug that there is a search button visible while in Shares view. I will look at that.

Btw: You DO have that database with different views because searching the filesystem would be too slow...

Is there anyway to slow down the menu select on the home screen. I am using a Ir remote controller which is billed as a 3 in one , mouse keyboard etc. When I hit the up key to select my music for example the menu goes wizzing past and i have to gradually press down to try and get it to stop.....

the up key in my remote acts as a mouse Up and not a keyboard Up. Is there any way to change this also ? (Is Keymapping possible)
