Hi

I found a few issues with the screen current playing.

1. Top album songs does not react to mouse clicks or enter on the keyboard.
2. The rating starts are shown on top of the song number.
3. The top album song rating does not correspond to the rating shown in the bottom of the screen.

I Hope it will get fixed for the next release

1. Maybe you do not have those album tracks in your database then?
2. Sorry this is because your translated string for "track" is quite long - I'll see if this can be done better
3. The rating on the bottom is the current track's rating - set with key 1-5 or 0

However as you can see the rating control itself isn't working nicely when using different resolutions then the skin was designed for (in your case higher)...

i did a more testing - not only xface freezes. core - i know it's out dated) - and foofaraw have the same issue with the "slide" effects for the video and music covers. so is this a general bug in mp? can anybody have alook on the concerning code, please? i use the amd 690g chipset for the graphics with latest catalyst drivers (ver. 7.9) on win xp with sp2 and all updates. with my other pc (nvidia 8800gts, vista) i don't have any problems.

Have you tried using Catalyst 7.2? Cf. ::this:: post and the related thread.

the problem is that i have the 690g graphics (hdtv works fine just btw), so any acceleration of the graphics chip for mpeg2/4 won't work cos it was fist implemented in september (i read about in german pc magazine "c't", otherwise even a amd x2 6000 isn't meant to be able to decode it properly)

So your saying you can't use 7.2 catalyst otherwise hdtv won't work correctly? I have 690g board and use 7.2 drivers to be able to use xface although haven't tried hdtv.

Try Omega drivers, Catalyst really suck compared.

3. The current track's rating is always empty.

Of course because it is _your_ rating This is a pretty old feature of MediaPortal - usually set via context menu. Now playing just makes it easier to view/set it using the number keys.

latest omega drivers don't work either. now i'm gonna try catalyst 7.2 and hope that it'll work, although hdtv isn't meant to be...
