Something I have been using is SiriusXMStreamer. Install it works for both XM and Sirius. Leave it run and minimized. Export the playlist and save it so you can bring it up as a playlist in music in media portal and you can listen to your sirius radio. You can select all the channels but it does not show the song that is playing. The actual app can so I am not sure if anyone who knows about this kinda thing can figure it out.
