Hi guys,

I installed the youtube plugin in MP 1.2.2. with skin DefaultWide and everthing ran fine. Now I installed StreamedMP and switched to that. I use BasicHome and added the Youtube entry in the BasicHome Editor of StreamedMP. Now the Youtube plugin doesn't work anymore. When I start it there's a blue MP-logo in the middle of the screen for about 2-3 seconds saying "loading.." and then it disappears. Nothing happens.
Do I have to change some settings after switching to StreamedMP?

Hi StarWup , as you say with DW skin the plugin work fine ... it is a skin issue wall as i use SMP skin too, i can tell you ,you did not select the corect xml file in the basichome editor , mack sure to select "youtubevideosbase.xml" ...and the plugin will work fine ....

I got it. I switched to xml-file view and selected youtubevideosbase.xml. When I select YouTube in thre modules name view it didn't select the correct file. MP is always surprising me

Questions:
- i start the youtube.fm plugin
- go to last.fm / top tracks: germany
- start watching 1st video
- after that video the playing stops

Shouldnt it continue with playing the next songs?
How could i have endless playing of comparable videos/artists (like last.fm does)?
if i select a video below the "now playing" - the song starts - but not the "now playing" is not shown. it gets one step back to the first movie selction. May be bug? I use default wide skin...

importent note : the videos list from "Billboard" Last.fm" Eurovasion" this list are just a simple videos list to play , to say they are not full suport as the youtube videos that fully suportet in the plugin .

I made some improvement. THX to google site changes the artist view wasn't working, now fixed.
Another improvement : a small application to control the plugin from a another computer (it is same like wifiremote but much simple), to work with it first need to be enabled server checkbox in plugin config, in another computer start the YoutubeFmClient.exe and configure the server ip address, now you can use drag and drop to drop youtube url in application if everything is ok the video should play in server.

Not sure what's happening but after having read through here and tried all suggested fixes I'm still encountering the problem that when I select a video to play it pauses as if its streaming and then it displays the message 'unable to playback video' every time. What is weird is that it was working perfectly two days ago and nothing on the computer has changed. I uninstalled this plugin and reinstalled it but it still gives the same message.

Youtube change something on site, that cause the error.
