With the latest version I have the problem that some channels do not work when AC3 audio track is selected. I only get a dia show and clicking audio noise. The tsreader.log grows rapidly to about 1.5 MB within one second.

Oo. Still some open issues left to be solved. Not yet sure if these changes are going to make into 1.0.1.

it's in tvserver config where your tv cards are listed.

click on one and choose "edit". there you have "allow this card to be preloaded"

There it was... Now its fast. Why are they not preloaded from the start? Are there any cons?

Wow, this thread has really made my MP ten times better! Now TV starts in 2-3 sec, FF & REW are working perfect, I can watch local news without problems, Channel change is fast. Wife is happy = I'm happy!

Wow, this thread has really made my MP ten times better! Now TV starts in 2-3 sec, FF & REW are working perfect, I can watch local news without problems, Channel change is fast. Wife is happy = I'm happy!

And I totally missed this one, what a difference it makes, knocks 3-4 seconds of my initial startup of tv

i had the same issue some seconds ago. Have tried to switch from HD AC3 to normal TV - only dia show with stuttering sound. As you've already provided logs.. i'm not sure if mine are needed.

Prolem meanwhile disappeared here. Maybe an intermittant problem at the provider with AC3 audiotrack?

Makes no difference at all for me Still needs 5-6 seconds for first TV image.
Can this be possible?
