Yes, right. But I think it would be very little effort to enable this crop feature (existing in MP for TV) also for Video or Movies and there would be no parameterization effort or possible issues of stability as it is widely used by the MP users.
And you can do it inside MP while watching the movie.

The problem is now that i have added LOTS of movies in the time when it did not work... as far as i know there is no way to refresh all the movies to get the current imdb-rating?
