I have TV Server and TV clients working fine but I've been trying to get the rtsp feed working on my laptop using MPC Home Cinema. Seems when trying to play the stream rtsp://Nimitz/stream1.0 it just hangs. Anyone know if they are compatiable and if so what steps I need to take?
thanks
No, there was a category called "MP TV Client" under "General Forums" that was develped by gemx that allowed one to use an external player like vlc to watch TV. I know Im not crazy but I cant seem to find it now...:D
I see the MP TV client forum is no longer located under general forums. Could someone direct me where it was moved to and if not could the archives be posted as I need a link that was within it...
thanks
BTW thanks for the info. Im having trouble though downloading 1.3.3 from that link. Do you or anyone know of an optional link for it?
Also I see that TV server 1.1.0 RC1 uses mysql 5.1 for the default database. I currently am running tv server 1.0.2 with the old-default microsoft sql 5...
Same, going to wait for at least RC1 as the current beta does not work with my tuner correctly. BTW how hard would it be for me to modify the 1.1.0 movingpicture xmls to work with 1.0.2?
thanks again
Great work on the new version I just have one issue I'm trying to resolve. I just want to confirm the XBMC importer works as its not importing any of my movies that have xbmc .nfo files. I'll provide debug logs if needed and have set the xbmc scraper to have priority but it still seems to just...
Ok that explains why logos work using the blue3wide skin...I dont mind manually editing the xmls to work under 1.0.2 if you could just tell me what I need to change...
BTW I tried 1.1.0 beta earlier and it would not work with my tuner card for some reason so have to wait for RC1 till I upgrade...
Just want to confirm that MP 1.1.0 is required for the logos to show?
I'm currently running 1.0.2 and do not want to upgrade unless I have to...
thanks
First let me say the app is really sweet and Ive been using 1.0.2 TV server along with the 1.3.2 app under win7. I was wondering if its currently possible to fast-foward or rewind the stream under VLC?
If not, would using a viewer other then vlc allow it?
thanks
