Put it to "C:\ProgramFiles (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\plugins\process\". After that open up the MediaPortal configuration and you should see the "MPControlPlugin" under the "process" plugins but i am not sure if this is working for a fresh installation of the 1.4 pre release version. Just try it out...if this is not working i will try to create a new installer for IRSS.
