Hi James,

I've now found the guide in the 0.1.4 version. That explains the instalation very well, so that even an idiot like me can make it work.

Thanks :)

Maybe a seperate link on your site to 'guide' would be beneficial for people who are using the cvs and want to use webepg. Also another suggestion, put a link to your website in a readme file within the webepg folder for the cvs build.

The webepg works brilliantly. Thankyou for previuos response.

Hi James,

just one cosmetic issue from current cvs. WebEPG-conf.exe uses not the main log file MediaPortal\log\WebEPG.log. It creates a log folder and file in the WebEPG directory instead.

I live in the Netherlands and I am a user of MediaPortal with WebEPG.
Below is a a part of my tvguide.xml, created with WebEPG.
As you can see there are several entries with start- and stoptimes that
overlap other entries (bold). They are a sort of summary of a group of entries that follow. They have been put in there bij www.tvgids.nl.
As a consequence the information of the specific programs that have start- and stoptimes between the start- and stoptimes of the summary-entries doesn't appear in the TV-guide of MediaPortal. That's very annoying.
Is there a way that the grabber configuration of WebEPG skips those summary-entries?

    Hello James,

Do you have any clues yet to the solution of my problem?

Now I also got a new problem. Since the last few days I get an application error after approx. 10 minutes of downloading epg wit webEPG.exe. Signature of the error is:
    EventType : clr20r3 P1 : webepg.exe P2 : 1.0.2212.1940
    P3 : 43d17a99 P4 : mscorlib P5 : 2.0.0.0 P6 : 4333ab80 P7 : 2b1
    P8 : 7e P9 : system.argumentoutofrange
Someone on the forum had the same problem and said that it probably is caused by corrupt information in the download. Is that possible?

What I saw with the above problem is that problems are around midnight. The programs have a start time before midnight and an endtime after midnight. I've removed BBC world from my configuration as that one crashed always.
And second thing I did was grabbing only two days instead of seven.

I will add bbc world again and see what happens.

    (tvgids.nl as grabbing website)

just did the test with bbc world added again and it now runs fine.

Weird, before me playing around I had a crash within seconds from starting
