Regarding the new linked weather backdrops, I did a small change to myweather.xml so that the original full screen images will be used once one presses the ENTER key on the Check the Weather menu.

This MOD can be installed by copying the attached XML file in the Skins folder and the images as described below.

All images have been enhanced to 1920x1080. Images need to be extracted in the following path C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Skin\StreamedMP\Media\Animations\linkedweather and C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Skin\StreamedMP\Media\Animations\linkedweatherfull respectively.

How do I get those pictures ??. I dont use picasa (and I don't want to) ??

Does anyone have a 3D background for YouTube? I realise there is one included in the install, but as it doesn't have a solid background, you can see the original MePo backdrop behind it.
Or is there a way to have a blank backdrop?

helloh, You can switch menu theme from the BasicHome editor (BasicHome design tab, Set Menu Theme button)
