Where is version 1.10? I use 1.91 because didnt find 1.10?

There is no difference between 1.91 and 1.10. Still the same result .

Works perfect here Make sure to not confuse WorldWeatherLite (does not support AccuWeather) with WorldWeather (does support AccuWeather)

That is right, but the one I have posted is not for TV server.
TV server is currently 32bit anyway.
First I I'd like to now if you still suffer from that issue.

With the latest dshow lib, impossible to play TV :

The source of this error is usually in image file(badly downloaded or something like that). Out Of Memory report can be misleading.
Please, nextime attach all you log files in debug level. Simple Error report is not enough. I need to look to other things. Thank you.
