And as I told you in a few post before... which tag of the database is used to display the artist information? Comments?

This must surely be "Artist", as I've tried using fanart on compilations where "Album Artist" is set to "Various Artists" and the fanart appeared as intended.

The information that is showed on the new music page comes from;
1. The MP Music Database (fields Artist, album, year, comment and so on)
2. From MediaInfo tags on the music file

Thanks for your answer. Yeah, I know that all the information comes from the MP Music Database, but I was asking exactly about the new artist and album description that appears in your screenshots; for the case of Bruce Springsteen, that "When Bruce Springsteen finally broke throught to national recognition in the fall of 1975 after a decade of trying...". Is that information taken from the field "Comments" in the DB? If so, does it exist a field "Comments" for each artist and then another field for every album of the artist? For example, in the case of Springsteen, one Comment field for his biography and another one for every album describing them. I'm asking this because the program that I use for listening music / editing tags is Mediamonkey and there I can only see one Comment field for each file, so I can't add biography information and album information.

Have you understood what I'm asking for? I hope so, if not, I will try to explain myself with other words.

Hi bodiroga,

The comment field exist in MP music database for both Artist and Album. When you are using Mediamonkey it edits the MediaInfo tags of specific songs and this is not where I get the comment from. To see all the MP music database fields you need a SQLLite editor and then open the MediaPortal\database\MusicDatabaseV11.db3 file.
