dont know yet. Ill make it a personal one and if it works 100% and the team approves and enough user than perhaps it will be commited.

I think an mpi is the perfect place for this as it is just an addition to mp that some people might need and some not.
So i don' t think we will add this to mp (don't know what the other team members think) but for me mpi would be cool

I agree but maybe the devs can help pick out which codecs should be included because they are the ones who write the code for it. This also would help out the users as it will probably be the best supported ones...
