You would have to search a bit more... ;) Now I seem to be the first who has downloaded it. But I probably won't be the first to test it... :(

EDIT: Hmm, counter still says 0 downloads - so maybe I wasn't the first one...

    maybe setting loglevel to debug might pinpoint the difference between normal and stuck? Preferable with as much disabled as possible also try to see if anything is happening during stuck for the mediaportal process(resource monitor, disk activity, cpu usage, anything) maybe other programs competing for resouces?

    Since over a year my MP sometimes stucks while showing the welcome screen. It started once a week now it happens every second time...

    Ok, thanks much. I will look into the instructions above. For the moment, I turned off the "Automatic channel logo update" in Settings (which somehow I had missed, I think because it wasn't an option previously), and the deleted everything in the Flat-default folder and populated it with my own logos.
