NP I agree - the issue is that it is not strictly legal to alter an official logo unless you get permission or the company provides approved derivations. I try to stick to that as much as possible, although I know many websites don't. The 'official' logo is more like this:

But I prefer the transparent background version. I will see if I can lighten it a bit without too much distortion

It's WorldWeatherLite v0.2.0 once i disable it everything works fine, i'll check for an update and see if that fixes it.

THANKS TLD Good testing! Latest version of WWL is 0.3.0 I think. Did you ever install full World Weather? If so, did you uninstall it completely? Make sure WorldWeather.Core.dll is gone from ...\MediaPortal\plugins\Windows as it contains notifications/dialogs (if enabled) that I found conflict with something in aMPed - have not figured out what yet

This machine was never had the full World Weather installed on it.

OK i updated to WorldWeatherLite 0.3.1 and everything fine now.

Np that's great news TLD - but so odd that would result in an error in TV Series!

@2BitSculptor - fix for hourly conditions in World Weather is in SVN now, along with new Yr.no logo - I couldn't get the transparent background version to look good enough so I used the official Yr.no logo. If you don't reinstall, you will need to recache to see it ofc.

Also added a minor fix for Virtual Keyboard - so the 'Label' displays in the input box before you start typing. Not many plugins use the label but World Weather does when you enter a location via the GUI > Context menu. So now it says 'Location Name' instead of displaying that incorrectly at the top of the screen overlapping the weather info. Guess you never noticed that? I had not since I usually entered locations in Config.

Please post any issues/comments/questions for the new version in the above thread. I am closing this thread now!

For those who were testing 3.5.0 beta and using SVN updates - please note the 3.5 branch has been merged back to trunk now so you should revert to using:

• http://amped.googlecode.com/svn/trunk - if you want to build an installer
• http://amped.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/skin - if you only wish to update the skin files in your working copy
