can i use this plugin with svn versions?
tks
Is it possible to start MediaPortal from my android phone using aMPdroid?
Thanks
Hello... thanks for the plugin, looks very good.
However if've got one question: Is it possible to configure remote control especially of the TV server via Internet (i.e. if not connected to local Wifi)? I played around a bit with the configuration but didn't get it going. So is there a way?
If not, does anybody know a way (besides I-Phone solutions and 4TR, which i both don't want to use) for remote view of EPG and scheduling of recordings?
Best regards,

What you can do with the latest version is to wake your pc from sleep using Wake on Lan.

Hi Diebagger,
Maybe missed something here but I have version 0.7 installed and for me the WOL options is still greyed out (in the settings section you can access on the startup screen).

I can recommend External Access with W7 VPN - MediaPortal Wiki if you're running on W7. I wouldn't advise using the current tv-server solution over the internet since it has no authentication/encryption yet. It's one thing having it accessible on your local network, another if it's publicly available.
