I have this RM200 remote (part of my Antec Veris Remote Max HTPC case). It mostly works OK, with only a few buttons behaving weird/unmapped. See this thread for further details: https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...m200-remote-setup-antec-veris-max-case-56680/
Does this module/remote work just like IMON VFD/remote? I was thinking of buying this one if I it could help me control htpc and mediaportal easier than keyboard. There is an app that one could browse music folders through vfd > iMon VFD file browser - Icrontic Forums. This is for IMON vfd/remote but could this work with this module also?

Maybe the server is/was too busy when you tried to authenticate.
I occasionally run into that too, also with the opensubtitles api I regularly get 429's... there isn't much that can be done about it, except making sure the software isn't hammering the service and having patience...

maybe setting loglevel to debug might pinpoint the difference between normal and stuck?
Preferable with as much disabled as possible
also try to see if anything is happening during stuck for the mediaportal process(resource monitor, disk activity, cpu usage, anything)
