Any other UK folks use DVB-C with MediaPortal/TV-Server?

I can get it working with all other dvb-c s/w but with MP/TV-Server I always just get no signal - starting to do my head in now

Using a technotrend dvb-c 1501 on VIsta.

sounds like your not scanning the right transponders
if you manual add transponder in tvserver it finds the rest for you
different areas have different transponders so u need transponder for you area
did you try the ireland virgin file in the drop down menu in tvserver?

that file is for the area ntl pure i think its different if your in the old telewest/blueyonder

but i think its the same as the one included in tvserver
just noticed your other post

when u manual add transponder take off the zeros eg symbolrate 6887

If you have a stb - access the engineers menu and grab the default frequency and symbolrate - plug those into the scan and it should detect the transponders for you - mine was 666750 and 6952 i think!

Also what DVBC card are you using - i have had success with technotrend 1500 and 1501 budgets.
