Is there a way to add the function "blackbar detection" for embedded blackbar content ? If there are black bars, tell atmowin or atmolight to "crop" the processed image ?!? before sending to the controller ?

In the basement i'm using an ambilight system that runs on a Raspberry Pi powered by Hyperion, and black bar detection works #1.

Im just looking at the ViewModeSwitcher plugin. And it actually looks like i could be able to detect and remove black bars with that. I will try my best .

At the moment i am not using any settings of ViewModeSwitcher.
However i managed to get blackbar detection and removal working. Had to use some trickery, as the class i used is set to be an internal class. You guys have to tell me how good it is and what needs changing, as i dont have any videos with blackbars in them and rarely watch something like this on tv.
Here a screenshot of it working. Not that the edge weighting is set to 100.


I attached a test version. You can try it out if you have installed 1.11.0.0. Just copy the dll into plugins/process.
