Hi all,

Would this be the plugin i need if im having the following problems.

When watching TV with AV Receiver, the audio comes out of my surround sound speakers.

For the times when i dont have the AV Receiver on, the audio comes out of the TV, however if the source is DD, nothing comes out of the TV. If i switch to a non DD source, the sound comes out.

Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for creating this plugin. The idea is great, but unfortunately not working on my system.
    I have surround speakers and a headset (via usb).
    This plugin could help me switching between these two outputs, but nothing happens at all when I try to push k or j during tv, video or music…
    I use ARC 8.3 for MP 1.2.3
    My systemspecs are up to date.
    UAC is disabled and the xml is attached.

    Hope you can help me!

    Hello and Merry Christmas.
    I use Mp 1.3 beta and Arc 0.9. Lav Filters

    --- And the videos, tv .... ok
    ---- But BASS-Player does nothing.

    Hi,

    I have an issue with ARC too. I try to switch between two different ReClock settings. Thus, I have two times the Reclock Audio Renderer added, each one with a Registry file. However, switching does not work. When I press the key to switch, video playback pauses and does not recover (need to press Stop). When I restart the video, still the old settings are used.

    Here is the according log:
    Code:
    02.01.2013 10:48:16 | Info | -------------------------------------
    02.01.2013 10:48:16 | Info | -      Start Changing Routine      -

    02.01.2013 10:48:16 | Info | Starting regedit /s "C:\Users\MediaPortal\MPConfig\Reclock\Receiver.reg"

    That's all, it seems it stucks on .reg file importing. Manually importing the .reg file via double click works as expected.

    BTW, using 0.9.0 with MP 1.3.0 Beta. :)

    This is because your user don't has the permission to load the reg-keys!

    Do you have UAC turned on and try to change a key under HKLM?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the reply.

    The keys I want to change are under HKCU. Also, I have turned UAC off, no change.

    Let me be more precise. These are my .reg files:

    Receiver.reg:
    Code:
    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ReClock\Config]
    "DirectSoundDevice"=dword:00000000
    "WaveDevice"=dword:00000000
    "WaveDeviceID"=""
    "AcceptSPDIF"=dword:00000001
    "DirectSoundDeviceID"=""

    TV.reg:
    Code:
    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ReClock\Config]
    "DirectSoundDevice"=dword:00000004
    "WaveDevice"=dword:00000003
    "WaveDeviceID"="{0.0.0.00000000}.{c77b3752-bf15-43d5-b6b5-308af7606e8d}"
    "AcceptSPDIF"=dword:00000000
    "DirectSoundDeviceID"="{0.0.0.00000000}.{c77b3752-bf15-43d5-b6b5-308af7606e8d}"

    As you can see, it only changes things in HKCU, which should not be a permission problem.

    When I manually load the .reg files using
    Code:
    regedit /s "C:\Users\MediaPortal\MPConfig\Reclock\Receiver.reg"
    everything works.

    I have no idea why, but now it works. Probably something with UAC. Strange.

    Today the issue is back there again. I swear I changed nothing. Just reboot.
    Can you please check the code if there is some strange things going on? If you like, I can also try out some things and send more detailled logs.
